This project was another carried out for one of our repeat clients, The Swansway Group.
The Swansway Group own a number of car dealerships around the UK. Manufacturers include Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Honda and Peugeot.
Another project, designed by Pullmans Architectural Associates, where we acted as principal contractor and were responsible for the entire project from start to completion.
The project included piled foundations and a reinforced suspended ground floor slab. Curtain walled glazing was specified to three sides of the building with a small showroom space to the ground floor and a mezzanine office space on the first floor level. The project included mechanical and electrical installations.
