Ellenby Construction are proud to have been named main contractor for the industrial redevelopment works on the former Lucazade Factory site in Walkden, Manchester. The £6m scheme briefly comprises demoliton of existing buildings, extensive reduced level excavations, foundations and underground drainage, steel portal frame with metal cladding and solar panel installation. The units are designed to a high specification and include office accomodation and all associated finishes. Works are at an advanced stage on site with an April/May completion forecast.
