Ellenby Construction have been awarded the development of a 3no industrial units, covering over 1350m2 in Salford, Greater Manchester. Each unit will be finished to the highest standard, with glass curtain walling in sections and internal office space, including a mezzanine upper floor. Recently the foundations had been poured, this included piling due to bad ground conditions.
