Prep Building | Swansway VW Van Centre Speke

Yet another project carried out for one of our long standing clients - The Swansway Group.

Due to expansion and the receipt of the new LWB VW Crafter van, the dealership had the need for a new preparation facility so the vehicles can be power washed and valeted prior to collection and/or sale.

As the Principal Contractor for this new build, we were responsible for the entire construction from the foundations all the way up to the final finishes and electrical and mechanical fit out.

The building consisted of a steel frame with mono pitch roof, composite wall and roof cladding, tiled floor and wall finishes as well as an electrical and mechanical & plumbing package. We also installed two external illuminated wash bays.
